On May 3rd Fort Bend County hosted their Fort Bend Expo an exciting, family-friendly event designed to raise awareness about emergency preparedness. The expo featured expert speakers, emergency vehicle displays, community response teams, and activities for kids.

BayCERT was asked to provide volunteers to assist the county with Traffic and Parking control; we were able to provide 4 volunteers for a successful and fun event. One of our volunteer helped with activities for the kids which involved him being in a knight costume and actively interact with attendents.
